There is plenty of doom and gloom in the world about the future of marketing. But whatever you are personally feeling, honestly, this too will pass.

The greatest accomplishment in my career is where the people I have mentored have landed today. They are, arguably, in the top seven percent of people in their disciplines. Seven percent is because 93 and above, in my book, is an A.
